Renovation
By restoration we specifically signify the work undertaken for total or partial rebuilding of a Riad in Medina. It is a difficult task, complicated because of the difficult access of some Riads at the end of the Derb (alley).
We will be always around for the advice and the follow up of your work site until the handing-over of the keys.
Building permit, accordance certificate, authorization of guests’ house if necessary, water/electricity connection... so many concerns that we take in charge thanks to the knowledge and the experience of our agency and its partners.
In the Medina, Mr. Abdelatif LAMSELLI, with 30 years of experience and more than fifty Riads renovated (of which about fifteen with ATLASIMMOBILIER), is the composer of a group gathering the best workmen of Marrakech - tadelakor, sculptor on cedar, zelligor, plasterer... etc.
We will give you a tour so that you can judge the quality of work carried out.
Our engagements:
1. a detailed estimate, without surprises.
2. An engagement of the prices and deadlines.
3. A single person in charge who would assure a follow-up of the work site with written reports and pictures E-mailed as often as necessary.
Cost of renovation: from 450 to 700 euros the square meter following your schedule of conditions.
